click on "View" then click on "toolbars'

If your running windows "XP",just go to system restore
and click buttons on insrtuctions,roll back your unit to
the day before you had problem (blue restore point)
It works good for me,Im sure IE7 is the same,I dont use it
garbage is what it is.(IE7)

Right-click on an empty spot on the menu bar. click in front of "address bar" to display.

right click in the grey area of the IE browser and see if there is an "address" option there, if there is "check it.

ok now that i got that out of my system

in ie7 click tools then click on tool bars
click adress bar and that should do it
