I want to know how I can setup my own payment gateway. In other words if I want to know how someone starts something like paypal or ccavenue(indian payment gateway).
No, I am not a vendor who wants to accept payments online rather I want to know how one can setup a system through which merchants can accept payments online. I hope I have made myself sufficiently clear. If info on this is given vis-a-vis India It would be more relevant to me but even otherwise any other info would be of great help as well.

I am unable to connect to my ISP through dial up connection. When I click on the icon for connecting to ISP, I can hear the dial tone but ISP's number is not dialled by the system, with the result that after some time, no connection is established. What can be the possible cause and solution? Thanks in advance.

It is a layout of a little boy and girl they look about six or seven and they have black clothes on and black makeup and there is like woods or something behind them i have searched everywhere and I can't find it. My friend had it and she changed it and now i want it and she doesn't remember where she got it. I have looked EVERYWHERE and typed everything and I still can't find it and what is sad is I found it once before when my friend still had it. I am so stressed because I want it really bad and I have searched goth, kid's goth, little boy little girl goth, and I have found nothing. I would please like to remove a deleted page permanently from a website and also the Internet as soon as possible. Because l put my name on a website and it is search-able by every search engines in world. Most of the pages are already deleted but it is possible to browse and pick up the documents and alos still LINK to this pages through the "CACHE". I do not understand if I posted something on a website how is it possible that everyone who browse with my name can read my posting because I believe it was meant only for members . Don't this guys understand privacy.

I mistakenly put my real name on a website which make it possible for all the search engine in the World Wide Web to see. Please Please Please can someone help me remove it from the website, WWW and their SEVER.

well sorry guys last time i left out some details and thank you for the one who reminded me well back to the question

Well guys my Internet has a bit of a problem its always so for some reason i have a good connection but its weird, heres the story say today is the 1st of jan and its going well for like 123 days then after that it becomes slow until the next month then it becomes fast for a few days and then it becomes slow again and keeps doing the same thing, if you live in aus the company i use is " OPTUS " please help me thank you (My computer is windows XP pentium 4, I use a Router and the internet connection im using right now is Optus Cable.
