To access wap sites I use a cell phone emulator program on computer (winwap for windows 3.2) There are some internet browsers that you can view wap sites on, but internet exploder does just that if you try to view a webpage with a .wml extenshion. Using the emulator lets you find interesting links to add to favorites on cell phone without using airtime.

You can access WAP sites from any web browser, as long as they are available on the public Internet. You need to know the URL of the WAP page. You might be able to get this from a menu option on your phone while you're on the page.

Are you asking how to connect your PC to a Wireless Access Point? If your PC has a wireless network card, it should be able to automatically detect WAPs in range.
