You must have published this page on a public site.
Although you deleted it, it may still seem to be accessable, this is because of several reasons.
The first is that some proxy servers cache pages so that it doesn't have to retrieve it every time someone else who uses the same proxy wants to view it. These usually have a timeout on them of less than a day but may hold the page indefinately if there is not a new one to retrieve.
The same goes for seach engines, most store a cached copy of the page which remains available even if the page has been removed from the web. The only way to get it removed from the cache is to contact the search engine site and ask or get a court injunction to force them to remove it.

You simplest option is not to remove the page but change it.
If you simply remove your name from the page the proxy servers and search engines will direct people to the new (unnamed) page. Although a cached version of your old page may exist most people will not look at this but look at the new upto date page.

First of all, there is no such thing as privacy on the internet ... or anywhere else in the world these days for that matter. Even using screen names, while better than using real names, does not insure privacy, for a number of reasons, including that people routinely disclose bit and pieces of personal information here and there, that put together can be used to form a fairly accurate profile of that person.

As far as getting it removed, you can contact the webmaster of the site, or the server, and ask them if and how it can be done. Many forums have a policy of not removing information or posts, while some will.

Good Luck.

That would be like doing a classified ad in last week's newspaper and telling them to take it out of all the papers that were printed.

I'm sorry, but information propigates on the Internet faster than a floating check gets cashed. Anything you POST to the Internet, whether on a private site or not, has the ability to be intercepted or transferred to other computers. Use discretion when posting any personal information.

Nope.

If you or the website owner didn't make the site secure enough, that's not the search engines' problem.

If you put personal information on an insecure site, that's not the search engines' problem.

I don't think it's possible. You made it public when you posted it. May I suggest you NEVER use your real name or post private information on any website. Literally, the whole world can see!

If it's been cached (e.g. by Google), I don't think there's anything you can do about it. You'll just know for next time, I'm afraid...
