Try searching for a staff list for the company in question.

If the person has a public facing job they may be listed.

Yes but you may not get the required answer.
Most companies do not list all their employees online.

You could try a "finger" to their server to try and find out any users but not many people use this now.

Scan their website for info.

You would need to know the IP address of the PC they are using.
