i have seen a ad mentioning that they would open a website on our behalf and we have to run for 3 hours for that they are charging a small fees. From that website we can earn. Anybody expert in this area can explain me the merits and demerits.

a company ad says that they will open a web page in google and they are charging a four digit amount as registration, we have to keep internet connection alive for 3 hours. from that we can earn. tell me how we can earn.

Balaram, as a elder brother i am telling you that earning money using internet is very difficult task and it requires lots of hard work and luck.
But if you have decided that you have to earn money you should opt for good services like yahoo! google or microsoft.
Now you are thinking that without opening a website how can i earn money so answer of this very good question is you can write blogs in blogger.com.
After writing good blogs log in to google adsense and ask them for ads. this is a good method of generating a good amount of revenue. and you know google is most reliable service presently exist.. you can also use yahoo publishers.
