I dont have permission to install c++ compiler on my office computer. But in free time I want to practice c++ programs. Is there a site which allows me to run c++ programs on some web server free of cost?

why don't you invest in some remote computer software to access your own computer at home from the office. that way you're not running it on their computer but your computer. the other option is to run a live CD which doesn't write anything to their computer (no installing of anything) and you can access anything you place on the CD or internet. for further information see remote desktop computing.

You could look for an independent ISP or hosting service that provides Windows Virtual Hosts, pay for a plan, and place your stuff there, using Remote Desktop to access the system.
