For me, its www.weather.com. Movies pop up and start blaring, or the rhinocort rhino is stomping around my screen or some damn verizon phone is flying around the screen.

Do people use it? is it the same as windows messenger? I got it yesterday but don't know where to go to chat, i don't even know my ID on it. I have just installed my pc with xp pro edition and i want to check to see if i have IIS installed??how do i do it? and if i don't have it, how do i install it since i do not have the ms xp pro installation cd with me??? this is urgent!!
