why am i not able to see my picture on yahoo profile which i could see before?

please check my profile. cant see the picture. it was there before. Actually i changed my country using some html code my frnd told some time back (retaining the same email add). Is it because of this? also i cant change the setting that the users can see if i am online (u know that yellow smiley)

Go to MY ACCOUNT and edit your picture again

maybe your eyes are closed or you are blind?? just a guess.......
