I work at an office, in a cubicle. About 7 feet behind me sits a very large, kinkos-sized printer that has an internal fan constantly running inside of it. The fan is really loud and annoying, and I'm exposed to it like 10 hours each day. The printer can't really be shut off because people are constantly using it, and I'm afraid of speaking up about it because people will think I'm weird. I've tried ear-plugs, but they hurt my ears. Any comments, suggestions? THANKS.

I JUST got this new printer, and I've gone through all the installation processes. Papers is loaded, cartridges are in, everything is ready to go. But when I try to print something, it never works. The printer grabs the paper and rolls it in, but then it just sits there, making a sound every now and then but not doing anything. A message then appears saying "The document failed to print", and on the que it says error. The screen on the printer still says "Printing..." I'm really lost here, and I need to use the printer tonight. Please help!

Just wondering, but is it even remotely possible to print to a network printer over the internet. Let's say the computer is on the other side of the world. Does the computer need special access? No put downs please, just a general question.

I bought 4 Epson replacement ink cartridges for a really low price, so I knew some problems were bound to happen sooner or later, but how can I fix this problem?

I have: Epson Stylus C82 printer
Windows XP OS
Epson RC 321-324 replacment cartridges

The computer simply will not recognize only the Yellow cartridge for some reason, even though it recognizes and used to print with the other 3.

Not so much paper as before, but the cost per sheet has got to be as low as possible. Say 200 A4 a month. Or also 100 a month.

I'd like to buy a printer and a scanner. Could anyone give me any suggestions, should I buy it as a combo or separate equipment? Which one is better? I am not going to move it around. I'll use it for a small home-business.

Thanks,
Andy.

It's an HP PSC 2410, and it's connected to a windows pc. I'm connecting to it from a mac using the gimp print drivers. But it is insanely slow.. as in like 30 seconds per sheet. I've already tweaked all the options I can find, but it doesn't seem to help. Any Ideas?

I cannot override it Epson 700. It keeps saying to wait until the cartridge is empty. If I put in a full one, it still says the same thing and WON't go. Yes, I have turned it off, unplugged it, coaxed and yelled at it.
