what is wrong with my DELL A922?

after replacing both inks in my printer and after shutting the lid, i get a error message that the lip is till open...will not clear

You can just try to open it again, close the lid, Switch it off and switch it on. Or try to re install the printer. Otherwise contact Dell's technical support.

It is a Dell.
