My friend wants to use ∞ but she is working on a laptop. She can't just copy and paste (don't ask me why...) and she can't use a character map (again, don't ask me why...)

today i dropped my labtop :( i know heartwrenching, well first the screen just darkend up and i thought well lt me restart it and it should work. when i restarted it, it kept on restarting over and over it never came to thedesktop it would start loading up windows and just restarted. please help me what i should do or who to call or what thanks

I'm looking to get this labtop and was wondering what type of games I could play on it. Could I play some of the more high end games like Counter Strike Source on it? I also have no idea what type of graphics card it has.

My computers have not been set up as a home network. They are simply standalone computers that access the same wireless router. Should I set up a home network using Windows XP (Professional)? Should I then buy a NAS storage device? Can I just buy a simple USB external storage device? Do these come with software to recognize multiple computers and backup automatically? Can this happen wirelessly?

i bought a new sata harddrive after ma old one (which was vista laptop) and i put xp onto it but none of ma essintals work, like sound, wireless ect it sucks.

Hi, I am an arch student and I need a laptop for next semester ill buy it around january. My budget is no more than 1,900 dollars. What is the best laptop I could get for that money? I can't seem to get the 3.5 hard drives in their places. I've been trying for over a hour on just that part. Any ideas? I'm not even sure what screw it is, even though I've tried them all.

Is this product safe to use on heatsinks.I got a new
grapchics board fan for my GEforce 5500 because
the fan was noisy.The manufacturer would not send me a new fan they wanted me to mail it in.
I went to micro center got a BFG graphics card fan
and did not come with the thermal compound. I asked for some and they gave me arctic silver 2
which is silver not white.I am afraid it will be electric
conductive. Has anyone else here used arctic silver
2 and had any problems. My grahics board already
restarted itself once tonight after I intalled the new fan. What caused that?

When I'm browsing using my Internet Explorer (with multiple windows open) and I go to window 1 and click on something and then go to window 2, it automatically switches back to window 1 when it's already loaded the page fully. It's really irritating!

I am still having problems. Apparently it sounds like i can fix it myself. but i have to be very smart in computers. I was only an operatee. not a fix it person. when you talk to me about doing this and that you really literally have to tell me what to do next etc. I tried with Mike M. not all the probblems are fxied yet. I can't seem to download them all and they are not working not sure why. my computer is really messed up and its hard to fix. When you also say download it really has hard time with me cause i am not sure where to fid this stuff once i have done this or how to find what i have done in internet explorer.
