How Do I Install Brushes, And Fonts?

Those things should be installed during the initial installation of the program. Remember to click on the small triangle in the lower right corner of the toolbar buttons (left side of screen) to expand the variety of tools available.

Also note that as you select a new tool, the attribute bar across the top of the screen changes to give your tool more options and settings.

So if you choose a paint brush, you'll see the various settings for the brush in the attribute bar and you should see a button for texture which gives your brush tons of variables.
