plz help...i have a 3264*2448 (jpeg) image and i want to extract a part of it with a 2560*2120 box shape.how?

in photoshop how can i do it? i want a box shaped(2560*2120) part in that image.please help me........

Answer 1

Select the crop tool and then type in the sizes you want in the option bar in the boxes for height and width.

You type the sizes as 2560 px and 2120 px

Then when you drag the cropping tool in your image the shape and size will be as you set regardless of what you select.

Press ENTER to complete the crop.

(px is abbreviation for pixels)
