Help Programs Trjojan etc.?

Question

I am still having problems. Apparently it sounds like i can fix it myself. but i have to be very smart in computers. I was only an operatee. not a fix it person. when you talk to me about doing this and that you really literally have to tell me what to do next etc. I tried with Mike M. not all the probblems are fxied yet. I can't seem to download them all and they are not working not sure why. my computer is really messed up and its hard to fix. When you also say download it really has hard time with me cause i am not sure where to fid this stuff once i have done this or how to find what i have done in internet explorer. I only wokre don the computers 20 years and am so illerate about them its sad help please. thanks to all who are trying. thanks again

to begin downloading (if the information bar drops down with a warning click it and select download from the menu) the Superantispyware program, a little download window opens and it will have 3 buttons on it.

1. Run
2. Save
3. Cancel

Press Run, it will then begin to download and will automatically go into it's install mode. (You won't have to look for it)-
It will say it is installing the program in C:\Program...\supera...Just say ok, next-
Read and click next-
Click next and OK to accept the license agreement. Once it's finished installing, it will open to it's user interface (the main program window)-

You will see some buttons in that window and one will say Check for Updates'- Click it and (give it a second or two- patience) watch as the green bars begin to move across, showing that the update is working. Once it says it has been updated, click on the Scan button.

You will see a list of drives A: B: C: etc...Check the box that says C:\ and look to the right side. On the right side of the window it will say, Quick scan and below that it will say Full scan-
Select the Full scan and click scan now...(wait for it to get done, maybe 45 minutes - more or less depending on how many files you have)

Quarantine all it finds-
