the motherboard in question is a MSI K7N2 delta2, but im asking last as in 'electronically last', not 'keep up with the times last'

if i dont do overclocking, i do regular dusting, i dont overwork it by keeping it on 24/7.. how long can it last and not burn/short a circuit? are there any ways to help it last?

Hi, i have no idea why whenever i insert a disc to view pictures on my computer, nothing appears on the destop. I cannot locate the disc anywhere.
Could someone tell me, maybe i have not downloaded something so i can actually watch movies or burn discs. What is missing??

i have flash drives and western digital mybook, they all dont work on my vista os =(

but i tried pluggin in my flash disk on another vista computer, and that works!

please help!

i've searched everywhere and i've noticed that i dont think they have drivers for these =/
anyone have a solution?

Hi,
I was trying to install a PCI card (firewire) and it didn't work properly on my old dimension 4500 desktop. The device manager was showing the yellow exclamation mark on the firewire card (as if it didn't find the drivers etc).
However, when I switched the PCI ports, everything went fine. Then I tried other cards, and they too behaved similarly (didn't work on that particular port).
Apart from replacing the motherboard, what other solutions are there to fix this problem?

I heard it was as harmful as lookinf at the sun. I think that is not true, but them again I used to tell my children not to sit to close to the T.V. that they would go blind. T.V. was in black and white and new back then.

Hi I have a myspace account and today when I went to log into it, it said that they could not find my email address or the user Id, when my friends look on their friends they see my page still there but somehow I can not access it. I went to look for it and it says that it has been deleted or canceled, but I have done neither. What can I do to recover my page? Is there a number I cn call or something?

I have 1 D-Link ADSL router with 4 ethernet ports, now I got a laptop and I need to connect it to the router with a WiFi connection, but the router does not have any WiFi capabilities.

My question is: is there any device which I can get and connect it to the ethernet port of the router, and this device will act as a WiFi transmitter and receiver which will be connected to may laptop, is there anything like that?

So, the connection will go from my laptop to this device to the router.

I just bought a dell with windows vista, my older computer is a compaq with window me. i have verizon dsl. I would like to still use the other computer , when the new one is in use. can this be done? if so, what is the cheapest way to do this, since the old computer would be used ocassionally.
