My CPU keeps saying the System is too low on virtual memory. We have tried deleting unneeded files and uninstalling unneeded programs that took up too much memory..... Yet, it still happens. How can I fix this?

I'm thinking about getting 64-bit Windows Vista on my new PC. Reading a few forums, wondering about the performance and compatibility issues.

1. Will normal 32-bit programs run. With better or worse performance?
2. If I install 32-bit Vista on a 64-bit processor, would there be better or worse performance? Or, would it simply not take advantage of multi-core processing?
3. Would games, such as World of Warcraft or Battlefield 2, play on 64-bit. Better or worse?
4. Any overall tips.

I'll add details immediately if an answer brings up another question for me. Thanks for the info and your opinions. :)

I had enabled bridge mode in my router (with built-in ADSL modem). On my computer, I had set one of the broadband connection to be shared. I can log on to the internet by using my computer without any problem and can surf the websites, download files and more. But, the other computers which are connected to the same router cannot access the internet. Why? How to solve this problem?

Please provide the detailed answer.

So when I go to watch a video (Gamespot/Youtube) it tells me to get the latest version of flash player. All these things worked perfectly befor but now they dont. and I go to the link and do the stuff that the web page tells me to do to install it and it says it's installed but Still i go and videos dont work. It also says to reeboot the computer if it don't work but I dont know how to do that. So any ideas on how to fix my Computer?

I just bought me a new laptop; the acer travelmate 6292 with a build in webcam: Crystel eye, it is running in Vista, now I can't seem to get the cam working in Yahoo, can anybody help me with this?

I have a powerpoint with a few sound files, and they are all .wav. For some reason, they are being linked to instead of embedded. I want the powerpoint to work on another computer, but it won't work unless it is embedded, and I don't want to bring the separate sounds with me. I know powerpoint supports embedded .wav so why isn't it working?

I am running Windows Vista and somehow my icons for Show Desktop and the one that can show all open windows at once have vanished! I'm not sure how to get them back. Does anyone know??? I still have my other icons on my quick lanuch I'm only missing those two. Thanks

First off... say a domain name that I want is already taken. The current site doesn't appear to be TOO serious or professional - so how might I go about trying to get it? Just contacting them and possibly buying out their name?

Also - if I wanted like 3 different web addresses all linking to one primary site, would I have to purchase all 3 domain names and just have them redirected to the main site? Hope that makes sense.

When I type a keyword into the address bar, it opens with onestepsearch.com instead of google like it once did. I believe that this is causing the problem. Sometimes when I type in a web address, my browser starts refreshing non-stop and sometimes it begins to open new tabs repeatedly and there is nothing I can do to stop it, besides reboot. Also, my right click is no longer working.

How can I change it to where google will search for the keyword I type in my ADDRESS BAR instead of onestepsearch? I know I don't have any viruses, adware, or spyware because I already scanned.

I have Symantec Anti-Virus. It scans for adware and spyware as well. I did a complete full scan of the entire computer only to find nothing.

What is wrong?

I need to know what to do. I have windows XP professional installed and my pc hasn't been hooked up for almost a year. Anyways I had a Admin password set up to use my pc and i forgot it. Now all my pc does is go thru boot sequence, begin to load windows and give me a message about resetting the password (can't read it all) before the pc reboots itself. HELP!!!!!!!!!
