webcam not working?

Hello all,
I just bought me a new laptop; the acer travelmate 6292 with a build in webcam: Crystel eye, it is running in Vista, now I can't seem to get the cam working in Yahoo, can anybody help me with this?

It has Vista business on it, and all the firewalls are turned off, still nothing works

Try turning the fire wall off
turn on the web cam
then turn the fire wall back on.
