How come When I go to do stuff like watch a video it tells me I need to get flash but i install it and...?

Question

So when I go to watch a video (Gamespot/Youtube) it tells me to get the latest version of flash player. All these things worked perfectly befor but now they dont. and I go to the link and do the stuff that the web page tells me to do to install it and it says it's installed but Still i go and videos dont work. It also says to reeboot the computer if it don't work but I dont know how to do that. So any ideas on how to fix my Computer?

Reboot means to restart your computer, basically start / shutdown / restart.

The player itself is flashbased, which must be updated. So, restart the PC and see if that helps.
