I just got invited to a reunion (via myspace) and want to add my approval with a phote from back in the day....how do I accomplish this?

I saw 2 computer that is hard to choose from. The first is Celeron CPU + 512 MB ram. The second is Pentium 4 CPU + 256 MB ram.

Do I get the one with Celeron proccessor w/ more ram(512).
Or do I get the other one with Pentium 4 w/ less ram(256).

I am mainly using it to watch smooth streaming video on youtube.com , google videos, and CNN.

Hi i have never programmed in c before but i need this program to print the fibonacci sequence for the value entered. ie 6 =112358

new system with gigabyte p35-ds3r MB.
clean install of XP-SP2 - nothing else.
does the same with things installed.
works fine on three other computers.
works fine with a third party explorer (Directory OPUS).

when I do a windows explorer search on the cd/dvd drive the results show me the files i searched located here
C:\Documents and Settings\....\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning\(correct folder on CD drive)

If the file was in the root folder or inside a cab file it is shown correctly on the V: drive.

there is nothing in that CD Burning folder.
how do i fix this?

I'm not a big fan of vista and most laptops come with it.

At a hotel they had an unsecured wireless. I get a connection but Firefox and Thunderbird won't work. I have checked this out at several other locations and find that in each case if it is a secured connection and I put a password in, all is ok. The computer is connecting and my Skype will work.
It sounds like a security blocker but I don't know who or where.

Blue screen with codes came on, but did not get the codes in time. Turned on computer and the fans come on for several seconds then turn off. There is no HD activity. Bad MB?

I think I understand what it does but I just want to make sure. I have a crappy MDG computer that has 0 working USB ports, something to do with the motherboard. Anyways I have seen I can pick up a USB to PCI adapter for about 20$ so I am wondering if I buy this will it allow me to use USB keyboards/mice or am I completely not understanding it.

I have a new nVidia 7600 card, it works great and everything, but after a while if I try to play something graphic-intensive (like warcraft 3 or wow) it starts waving the screen like a flag in the wind, going blurry, shifting from side to side and all that. A restart of the computer always fixes it, but I was wondering if the card is defective, or what?

Is there a setting I need to change? I have updated the drivers from the cd, and have direct x 9.0c.

It also blanks out for a second then starts up again, which is odd. Impossible to play games for 3 hours or so or leave the computer on that time without the display going wonko whenever I play games.

I tried updating the driver, but there is nothing new to update. It is not muted because it still works if I plug in headphones. It was working fine yesterday!! The device status say it is working properly, so I have no idea what to do. If you need any more info(I don't know how much more i can give) I am glad to provide!

I created a folder using the blue tooth and I've deleted the folder several times and it keeps reappearing, I've changed the location and then deleted it, I've changed the name and the deleted it, I've even moved it and to My Documents and it still reappears on my desktop! I've scanned my laptop several times and no spyware worms or viruses are found. PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF THIS GOD FORSAKEN FOLDER FROM HELL!!!!!!!111!!!!!11

I have a Dell Dimension 5150, with a 3.0ghz Intel Pentium D Processor with 2gbs of ram. I recently bought a new graphics card which is the nvidia geforce 7000gs, which im pretty sure will be perfect for vista. the problem is that ive heard vista runs pretty slow on any processor thats not a dual core, could anyone here support this? I have a Toshiba Satellite that's about three months old. I recently realised that there are some scuffs (not really deep enough to be called scratches) around one corner of the screen. Initially I tried to buff it out with a soft cotton cloth and warm water but it only made it worse. It's mostly noticable when the screen is dark or turned off.

I'm not sure what would best work to get rid of the scuffs. I came across this stuff called Displex that's meant for cell phone screens, PSPs, and "any device with an LCD screen". Has anyone had any luck using this specifically on notebook LCD screens? According to the website, "the plastic lens is lightly dissolved and polished with fine abrasive particles. The corners of the scratch traces are rounded off and the fissure bottom filled out with the material of the lens itself." I'm not sure I trust any substance to dissolve the surface layer of my computer monitor. Can anyone put my mind at ease? Or suggest something else?

This is really drivin me bonkers! I bought a new computer just under a month ago...an HP desktop. I have a bunch of photos and videos from my digital camera I want to put on my computer, but when I insert the memory card into the tower, it doesn't do anything. Rarely it will actually AutoRun and show my files like its supposed to, but most of the time I can't do anything with it...its like its not there. What's wrong with this stupid computer? Why won't it work?!
