I tried to download iTunes and some other upgrades for my computer. I tried to disable the firewall and see if that worked. But it didn't. I need advice Help!

I'm using Internet Exploer dosen't that make a difference?

You haven't said what browser/program you are using to download, or what error message you are getting.

It MIGHT make a difference if you are using IE. But you still haven't said what ERROR you are getting. For all I know, you are looking in the wrong folder for where you downloaded your stuff.

I do downloads all the time on a laptop that has that exact operating system. If you provided more details as to what happens we can take a shot at explaining what the problem is and how to solve it. Add some details to this question.

you must in some cases when downloading, disable your firewall, your firewall will block access to many sites, if you disable it, you will be allowed access, when you are done with the download be sure to RE ENABLE it or depending where u go you will end up with probs. good luck!!!
