some keys on my hp keybord dont work ... can someone help?

specifically s,d,g,h,j,u,y,t,r,e,w,q,z,x,c keys dont work. i have tried putting another keyboard and the problem persists. i have been using an on screen keyboard and its annoying. i didn't spill anything on it. please help.

if u tried another kbd, my guess is the interface chip internal to the computer. a different type kbd (USB) might work.

I assume you've tried a different interface for the keyboard (USB or PS2)? If you're using a usb KB then try a ps2 kb and vice versa.
