Windows can't view the content of hdd?

Hi. Some friends of mine have suggested that I use Rent-A-Coder to hire someone for an Internet project that I am working on. My problem is that I don't have any experience with web development and so I don't know what is a fair price to pay for what I want done. Additionally, I don't know the correct terms to use when explaining what features I need on my site. I want to create a site that has all of the features of www.shopstyle.com plus more. From looking at that website, how much do you think this may cost me to get done?

if you don't have that disk any more but you bought windows xp that u can put on it. normally i would press F2 at start up and change the boot up sequence, but that's on xp and i couldn't find a place 2 do that on windows me. i want to get rid of everything and just start fresh w/ windows xp

My regional and language options is set to Chinese (Taiwan), so my iTunes can properly display songs with Traditional Chinese characters, but of course all the simplified Chinese words screw up. I can only get either one of them to display correctly, but not both at the same time. I'm not a computer novice, so I've tried a lot of methods to fix it, but to no avail. This also happens on Windows Media Player 10.

Ok I need help! I want a myspace soooo badly! all of my friends have one and they say its so cool, they always tell me to get one. But I cant get one cause my parents think is dangerous. How can I convince my parents to let me get one. They think myspace is all bad and that ramdom people can just talk to you and they can see your pics. I have ordered 3 free x86 linux ubuntu cd's from the official site. It said that the telephone number was required. So I typed it in and ordered the cd's. I wonder why it's free....Why do they ask for your telephone number? Do they give it to their partners that will tell me to buy stuff? I am curious to know. Will I get phone calls for ads? If you've had this experience or know about it please tell me about it.
