How can I reemove Bad Sectors from a Hard Drive?

Is any good software for removing Hard Drive Bad Sectors. I have some problem with my Hard Drive.

They can't be removed. They are marked and identified as bad sectors so that the OS would not use those sectors anymore.

I had those once. I just replaced the hard drive. Sucks, I know.

Did you try going to my computer- right click C: drive , properties , tools, error checking ? check one or both boxes and run it?
