The message you received means that you have to re-install the software for Juno otherwise it will not work. The software is corrupted means that some files belonging to the Juno software got damaged and now it won't work. Many factors can damage files belonging to a program but that's for another time to explain.
Before you re-install it would be good practice for you to uninstall the program completely before re-installing otherwise the damaged files will remain and stop the new installation from working properly

It means you need to uninstall Junio and reinstall it.
Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Software
Highlight Juno, click Uninstall
Once uninstall is complete, visit www.juno.com and download new Juno software, install.

Hmmm I am going to almost Bet that it means you need to uninstall it and reinstall it.
Just a wild guess though.
