I am using MS Publisher to design a web-site and would like to place an image on the home page with fade-in-fade-out effect. I know that this can be done by gif animation. I have photoshop element but could only do flipping effect and not the aforementioned effect.

Are there any software which would allow me to do the above effect. If yes, I would like to try out first before I purchase them. Therefore would appreciate your help if you can advice one which would not leave watermarks on the image during the trial period.

I want to replace my server. I paid over $700 dollars for my copy of Server 2003 though, so I'd like to use it on the new server. I will be wiping the disks on the old server and selling it. Is there any way I can avoid buying another copy of Windows server 2003 for $700 dollars again? [Using Linux instead is not the answer I am looking for...Windows required]

1 gig ram, dual 1 ghz cpu.

Brand new, got it last night at Best Buy. Runs Vista. They loaded it up with a bunch of programs, I removed a few.

Any ideas?

What is the fastest cd burning program out there on market to buy? Ok, I know a group, they're a rock group and they asked me, cuz I'm cool wit them to find a fast burning program you know to make quick copies of their album, put in case and sell, waste less time.

Ok i bought the microsoft office program and loaded it on my computer. That went fine, but then i moved the microsoft word and powerpoint files onto my desktop. Later, i decided i didn't want them on my desktop so i dragged them into the recycling bin and deleted them, since they were just short cuts. Now, however, i cant find where these programs are located on my computer. they arent under the microsoft office folder, and i tried doing a search and nothing turned up. i know they're still there because i can open up documents in word. any ideas on how/where i could find the programs?? thanks!

Is this processor good enough to play games like Oblivion and F.E.A.R. with more than 30 FPS. I've been trying to look for a cpu i could upgrade to, and this is all i really found that i could afford. It's just short of 100 bucks, and it's a P4 with 3.2 ghz and HT. I think it's processor number 640. My RAM is at 533 mhz only though, and this cpu is at 800 mhz, should i still upgrade to it?

I can't print my email text. Everything else prints. the text area is blank. What am I doing wrong. I use yahoo for my email and not outlook express. This is a new all in one printer. All the advertisements print but the actual letter does not. If I were to make a payment online, I can't print the payment for my records. Help.

Im thinking about changing cases for my pc to accomodate a fan on the side, but i dont know how to remove the hard drive. i took the bolts out of one side but i cant get the bolts out of the other side because they are right next to the side of the case and i cant fit my fingers let alone a screwdriver.

any tips?
