how to find IP of forum members?

i am a member of a forum. i would like to know how can i find the ip of the forum members?

is there any way i can surprise them by telling them there location using there IP?

Not exactly. YOU can't find out their IP address. Only a moderator / administrator could do that. But if the forum you are in allows hotlinking to images on other sites, link to:

http://www.danasoft.com/vipersig.jpg

or make your own on the website.
