Everytime I try to use the lasso tool to crop a part of the image, it turns out shakey. Ive tryed tooking up tutitorials but nothing turned up. Perhaps there is some other way of using this method of the program?

I need to change the COM port number that my Belkin serial to USB adapter uses. It currently uses COM6, but the program I am using only goes up to COM4. How can I change the COM port number so that it is using COM4 instead of COM6. I am using Windows 98 and nothing is currently assigned to COM4.

In excel, when the contents of the cell is more then what the cell can hold, if the adjacent cell is empty, the data will spill to the right.

I know there is a way to disable this feature, but can't seem to find it.

Would someone be able to assist. I'm not looking to shrink the text or fit over two lines, just disable this feature.

I want to clear iDisk from my desktop and my username for my Macbook is Auzy47. Therefore, it has picture of iDisk with my username under it and I want it to be clear from desktop (but not throw away FOREVER). However, when I tried to drag that icon into the trash can, it said disconnect.

I'm afraid what it would happen and I don't know what that's mean.

I just want to clear that icon from desktop and how would you do that?

I am a week MacBook user today...

i have an emachines t6520. i replaced the power supply from 300w to 550w with a 120mm fan. i also replaced the rear fan from 80mm to 120mm. the only other fan is for the cpu.

i have 1gb of ram, amd 3400+. i know the computers not too great, but i got it before i started gaming.

so, wil the card fit, and will it overheat? i want the evga 320mb version, no overclocking will be done.

I'm a student and Gamer,[Residing in Canada], I need the works.
Memory- 2GB ram, preferrably 120 GB hardrive.DVD reader/writer.GREAT graphics, not sure, there are tonnes of different types- NVIDIA is expensive.Good battery life -more then 3 hours atleast.Not tooo heavy, sturdy, I'll be carrying it around with me to University.Ermm..Card Readers,Webcam, wireless, bluetooth and the whole shebang of course...Can anyone recommend a good laptop, not super expensive- somewhere in the range of 799- 1000 canadian dollars preferrably.
Very confused in the processor section.It needs to be fast.
Whats the difference between-
Intel pentium Dual Core processor T2080
Intel Centrino Duo Processor tech with Intel Core Duo processor T2450
Intel centrino Duo processor tech with intel core 2 duo processor T5450...
and intel Celeron Processor 520...
I would find out myself, but if you guys know..well im lazy :).
Nvidia would be great too..but if theres a less costly substitute...

I own the ENHANCE Galaxy GeForce 7900 GS 256MB PCI-E X16 7900GS :

however I am very unhappy with the performance of nvidia because the drivers keep crashing the computer and want to switch over to ATI.

I recently built a website through coffeecup HTML Editor and now have Coffee cup FTP I have connected and even downloaded the files, however.. I think im missing a step at actaully set these pages up or something. Im lost. My domain is through NetSolutions. I know absolutely nothing about wireless internet. I have dsl now on my desktop pc. I'm in college and I am planning on buying a laptop within the next few weeks. If i buy a laptop thats Wi-Fi capable.....but i choose to keep the dsl at my house and jus hook that up to the laptop will I be able to pick up the interent when I go to a hotspot with wi-fi or will i have to pay for wireless internet service in order to pick it up anywhere? Could someone explain to me how it all works? and myabe some prices on wirelss internet?
