Are all laptop batteries interchangeable between brands, or are they brand-specific? How about mobile chargers too, should I get one specifically designed for my laptop, or will any one do?

System was getting slow so i reinstalled xp and don't have the drivers for the following: 1) Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller 2) VIA Bus Master IDE Controller 3) Soft V92 Data Fax Modem 4) VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter 5) Video Controller 6) multi Audio Controller 7) AMD Sepron Processor 2600+. If anyone out there can advise , than please do as i can find my way around software without a problem but when it comes to the hardware i'm somewhat lost. So i guess my question is,l Without taking my system in to the provider, how can or where can i find these missing components or drivers? I did a driver scan and the above mentioned items are missing or marked with and "X" . Hope someone out there can help and if so, thanks in advance..............RH!!

Ive got a thing i made in windows movie maker, and i added a bunch of clips of me & my friends, but now im trying to save the finished thing to a disc, and it says some of the source files are missing, therefore it cant save.

A week or so ago i read an article on yahoo that the same guy that made the site 'some name' made this spam test. Here in this example its two screenshots of myspace, see if you can tell which is real and which is fake.
My question is what was the site 'some name' i forgot the name but i remember that it was a site where you can ask if a certain site is reliable. I kind of need that site right now to see if this sight i want to visit is a scam or not.
Even if you dont know, tell me ask much as you can, ill take any anwser! Thank You!

I bought a linksys Wireless-G Broadband router but it has a blue cable it wants me to plug in, with something plugged into my computer it isnt wireless. Did i get the wrong one? I only have this one computer (laptop). Is this router for someone with two computers who wants to link them together and give both an internet connection. Plus when i tried to install it, it said it could not work with the modem and wanted me to power the modem off and back on. I did and it still didnt work. At my last apartment it was a complex and wireless was provided with us so i all have to do was enable the wireless on my laptop and it worked. But now im dealing with roadrunner, (bc time warner does not offer wirelss in my area) and the modem and router, so I am new with this.

I have a AMD Athlon XP 2006+ 1.92 GHZ and 256 RAM. The problem is that my computer was working kind of slow and i figured that installing xp again would make it really fast so i got a copy of xp from my friend and i installed it on my computer. After the installation, everything was deleted like i expected but the computer was'nt working as fast as i expected, then i checked my computer space by right clicking on Local Disk C: and it was the same as before! my total space is 75 gb but i had used 28 gb and after the installation i thought i would have 75gb of free space but instead it was the same amount of free space, 47gb. Also i think the soound from the speakers isnt as loud as it used to be. My comp has Nvidia drivers. Also i download a game called 2 moons and it shuts down atumatically, could it be a problem with the video card because my system definetely meets the requirements, maybe the game has a problem but thats not what it looks like. Thank You for you're help

ok my comp has lots of errors connecting to internet installing files booting up ect.... so i tried registry cleaners and fixers and they just screwed me even more.... i lost my recovery cd for windows xp... so i cant reformat and im wondering if theres sumtin i can download to fixed damged or missing files... and sumtin that can help :(
