I am having a problem playing Diablo 2, When I install the game I can load it up one time and if I close it and try to load it up again I get a message that a critical error occurred with direct3D, my video card suports 640x480 in 16bit and I just downloaded the new version of Directx, I have spent a few days troubleshooting this and I still don't know how to fix it. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please let me know.

every now and again well most of the time im on the internet this box comes up and says iexplore this program has operated an ilegal operation and now will shut down then it closes my web page does anybody know why this is and how i can fix it.

A friend of mine suggested that I turn the files that I dont want to be seen into hidden files. Can anyone help with ways to keep only MICROSOFT WORD documents that I want private. Im interested in hearing all of your ideas no matter how advanced or simple. Thanks for any help.

Ok, I will be getting another laptop, and I am interested in the HP Pavilion dv2000t . I have customized it to be liking, and I would like your opinion. I am going into High School, and I just want a regular laptop, none of that other stuff like way more memory then needed. I know people say more memory for games, and all that. I have 2 users...Administrative user and Limited user. I know that it is impossible to delete administrative user cuz it needs to have atleast 1 administrative user. Instead of deleting it, I want to hide it on Windows Log Screen.

Most PCs and Notebooks today claim to have Windows Vista preinstalled in them(before delivery). Does this mean they'll also provide us with the installation disc of the OS? Or they install it only for the first time?

When I start up my computer, I get this error message:

RUNDLL
Error loading w03de0e1.dll
The specified module could not be found

That's exactly as it looks. I have no idea what the problem is, and the computer runs fine.

Is there anybody out there that can help me?

I want to look at articles in chinese, with chinese characters, but when I go to multilingual news sites and click on chinese articles, the characters won't show up, just little boxes. I checked my internet explorer properties, and Chinese (PRC) is one of the languages I have selected already, so I don't know what else to do from here.

When creating videos for uploading to Yahoo Video or UTube, which is the best way to save it? I use ArcSoft Showbiz DVD2 and it allows me to save video content as AVI, MOV, WMV with various sizes and resolutions for saving each, but wich will reproduce the best playback from the site? It seems that that when I upload the videos then watch them at the site they appear to be watery and smudgey. Please help!

One master computer is connected to a router and cable modem. I use a wireless connection from my laptop to the router. I have another desktop I don't feel like moving downstairs next to the router. Can I connect it instead to my laptop using an ethernet cable? Will my desktop now connect to the internet?

40GB of hard drive space
40GB of external drive space
2.66 GHz
my resolution is as big as my moniter will allow
and the game takes up about 4GB

i have about 36% of free space (including the game) on my hard drive

and its a desktop
