Please, what ever you do, do not fall for this type of email or notifications. I'm a cop and I have been working with these cases, and all of them are scams that are trying to get money out of you. I've been working with local and state law enforcement on this scams, many people already fall for this type of scam. They'll ask you your bank account number and routing number and they'll try to take money out of your bank, some even will ask you to send the money yourself as "Taxes", before you can actually receive the money. In which case you will never see the money at all.
These are scams and hoaxes, do not under any circumstances give your financial information to any one.
