The cheapest upgrade for better performance would be memory and a better video card. For best upgrade unfortunately would be a new motherboard, cpu, memory, and graphics card. The most performance probably would be video card and to change that you would need to know what kind of connection it has. PCI AGP PCI-X are the ones used and when you know that you can find a newer one and i would go with a 128meg or 256meg video card

WoW? blah. Basically everything besides the hard drive, and processor could be upgraded. Best bang for the buck is more memory... can now find 1 gig modules for 40 bucks each if you look hard enough. The video card could be easily upgraded to a 256 or 512mb card too.

This might take some time and some I mean a lot of money...
First buy a new graphics card with a least 256 MB PCI-E, Directx10 or 9...then...I would buy more RAM about 1-2 Gigs should do...Optimize your swap file and presto! http://www.petri.co.il/pagefile_optimization.htm

for a better gameplay: upgrade to a 256mb graphic card if u want to play the latest game. add ur ram to 1gb. possibly a larger hard drive if you want to install many games. u can also buy a better cooler for your processor and overclock it. (overclocking has risk of damaging your hardware)

for a very good gameplay: upgrade to a 512mb graphic card or nvidia 8800 gtx/ultra for the better gaming experience. add ur ram to 2gb. opt for at least 160 gb hard drive. of course change to core 2 duo.

I think that you should get a better graphic card and a little more RAM. Although a 64 MB graphic card will run games well, if you want a true gaming experince you should get a better graphic card.
