Is the purpose for permanent storage? Based on my reading it's best to save a document first to hard drive, then to CD-ROM for permanent storage, and is formatting the CD for data preparation necessary or can I just insert the CD and save. Is this true? Also, how can I retrieve the files from Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc. I can't retrieve any files or save any files directly from Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. using the CD. I have a Dell Dimension E310, and I can't determine which drive is which. Whenever I insert a CD, I get the error messages, "Selected drive not in use" or "No access to E:/ see network administrator." I don't have an admnistrator. What's the problem? Please, please explain.

I’ve learned building a guestbook script using Apache, PHP and Mysql

I build a guestbook script and successfully… after submitting it will send the data to the mysql database.

Name: _________________
Location: ___________________
Email: ______________________
Message: ____________________

But how can I get from MYSQL Database and display it on HTML File.
If I browse the MYSQL Directory…. The format of the database is guest.myi and guest.frm inside the phpguest folder.

Sample format of desired html
Name Location Email Message
TonyPhilippines Tony@xxxx.com Hello
IlonahNew York Il@yyy.net Hi, How are You

Can someone give me the source code on the output getting from the a certain database with a format guest.myi and guest.frm

my dsl is through my cable company, and it has been disconnecting... but when i unplug the cord from the back of the comp while its still on and plug it back in it will work then throw me off 20 minutes later. is it my network card, my cord, my modem, or my service?

I cannot find instructions on how to use a usb flashdrive anywhere. There's not a small booklet, pamphlet or anything. There's not even simple instructions in the package the usb flashdrive comes in. Write a program that reads in three zip codes from standard input
and writes to standard output a single integer and nothing else.
The integer it prints out is the number of duplicates in the
sequence of zip codes. Thus, it will print out 0, 1 or 2:
0 is printed if each zip code is unique.
1 is printed if only two of the zip codes are the same.
2 is printed if all three are the same.
So, if the input to the program is
11210 11217 10003
then the output would be:
------------------------------...
0
------------------------------...
But, if the input to the program is
11210 11210 11210
then the output would be:
------------------------------...
2
------------------------------...


okay, this isn't working out for me, it always comes out as incorrect, whether i use string, char, or whatever. PLEASE help. (remember its C++)

After reinstalling refilled cartridge my printer won't accept it saying it's the incorrect cartridge, etc. I've had this same problem before, but was able to trick the printer by using the tape covering the contact points, but this time it won't work.

Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated. :~)

I am kind of mad. Today i was watching videos on google and the libraryian froze my computer from her desk. Its like she has nothing better to do. She just cant put some books in order or something. And when they can view what im doing on my computer Is it throuhg the internet or is there a cord i can unplug?

I don't know how to take files or programs off my computer using the thumb drive. I would like to get my e-mail (Microsoft Outlook) and Microsoft Word. I have Windows XP.
