HELP!! Problem getting HP Office Jet to accept cartridge?

Question

After reinstalling refilled cartridge my printer won't accept it saying it's the incorrect cartridge, etc. I've had this same problem before, but was able to trick the printer by using the tape covering the contact points, but this time it won't work.

Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated. :~)

go to : www.HP.com and look for the tech help link.
HP offers free email service to out of warranty HP products.
Send a message stating the problem, the model / serial no. of the printer and you will get a response within 24 hours.
The same technician will stick with you (via email) until the problem is solved.
