If you are using internet explorer 7, click tools then delete browsing history; in next window choose delete all.
In your control panel choose internet options, click files then inversion selection, delete. You can also use windows accessories/system tools; disk cleanup to delete other unnecessary files

go to "tools" then "internet options" and then click on "delete cookies" (part of the cache) and the "delete files" (cache) and basically you're done

It all depends apon what system you are useing if you use windows xp then go into C:\Documents and Settings\"your pc name\Local Settings and then the temporary internet folder and then select all and then delete. simple as that.

You could download clean-up and it does a nice roto rooter job on all your temp and unwanted files and visited web sites.
