If you are in the USA, yes. You would need a model release form and would have to follow the title 2257 rules stating that you have proof of age and where it is kept on file.

If you don't have the person's permission, or if they didn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy (ie, naked run thru the streets, or naked on the streets in Mardi Gras) then it would be illegal.

Children... let's not even go there. Let's just say that the person better'd be of legal age, or you could be married to your new cell mate Bubba for years to come.

If you do not have their express written consent yes. if they are a minor yes. I had a cell mate in weber county who put pictures of his wife online after he caught her cheating... he got 4 years with probation after 2

If the picture was taken in from a public place and in plain view then there's no prob. legal age of course.

Yes it is and you can go to jail without passing go or collecting $200.00. Violating someone's privacy will get you alot of time behind bars.

Without their consent? Yes, very. How you obtained the pix can also be illegal, if they were unaware that you took them.
