I have no soft ware to block hackers, spywear, pop-ups, and etc
is there a free website to get these for free...scan and CLEAN!

I really need it, my computer is slow, things are deleting/missing and alot of pop-ups

I had a Linksys BEFW11S4 v4 that acted weird and sort of messed up. I used to ran a server on there now it's disconected. I decided to open because I kept calling Linksys over and over again about the problem and kept asking me annoying questions again. They even force me to answer stupid questions just to get a replacement. I'm very very techie smart. I told them I already talked to somebody and they kept pushing my luck.

So one day I opened my router. It had cobwebs inside the router so I cleaned it with a dry tissue and got rid of it. Then I added 2 heat sinks onto the chips since it had no fan to try to get it to act better. I also reapplied the firmware.

I don't know if adding heatsinks to make it work better can void warranty.

You think this was good what I did?

Espically the fact Linksys would not let me get a refund, or exchange of the router before I even opened it and asked me annoying smarty pants questions like i'm dumb or something.

delete a program and he went to wwwgotomypc.com and entered his account/pw from his location (he was at work - a spam company...) and was immediately able to get on my computer and do/go wherever he wanted....how can he do that when I have never signed on to that service...my computer is at my home - not his home and not in his office - hence I am NOT familiar and question how he could do that - I imagine if my computer is on and I do not notice he could be seeing everything I do...and lately my computer is acting absolutely weird when I am online....strange things that never have happened before....I did warn him that I was going to see if anyone is hacking my sys. and that is when I notice strange things...so when I asked him how can he just log on to HIS SERVICE OF GOOTMYPC.COM AND GET TO MY PC HE NEVER ANSWERED ME....SO I NEED SOMEONE TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION....IT DOES NOT SEEM RIGHT...HELP....ADVISE ....

there may be 20 to 100+ addresses accompanian an e-mail I receive so I have to scroll way down just to read it and I don't want to do this to the people I forward it to and I don't want to save it to my drive and go through the browse and attach motions because I don't usually have that kind of time.
