EVERY TIME I SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER - A BOX POPS UP 'SHELL CON HIDDEN WINDOW' POP UP AND DOES NOT LET MY PC SHUTDOWN PROPERLY....I HAVE TO SEND AN ERROR REPORT EVERYTIME....HELP
