It looks like this [click the URL below] but i want to bring the normal view back, with title bar and tabs... HELP please?

Right click on an empty area of the taskbar to display window of optins to include Task Manager & select. There are different tabs on the Windows Task Manager to include
Applications/Processes/Performance/Networking/Users -
Merely click on the Applications ~

Right-click on the icon for Task Manager
click Open
click View
Set your options

i had the same problem
i created a new login, removed ll my files from the desktop, shorcuts etc, alo my documents to this new login
and then deleted my old login
i guess this is the fastest way to go about it
i hope u are an administrator there too

little box says normal startup put check in it .the restart computer
