well, you didnt mention the context .. but anyway ..
The statement denote that "autocreate" can be a system variable or a property of a control/object. which can be set to true or false.

Assigning 'true' value to "autocreate" may allow the progarm to automaticallty create files (if not existed) when u r opening the file in write mode.

assghn the var autocreate to true

however autocreate must be boolean
