My cousin's husband told me that if you type in Q33 NY on Microsoft word then format it to Wingdings and font size 48 or 72 you get an airplane with two towers and a death sign. Has to do with 9/11 I heard. Something about it was planned that way.

Hi I am trying to open to pages in one window in Microsoft Word like 2 pages next to each other horizontally. I tried but it always opens vertically! I know this is probably so easy, but I am a comp dummie and I don't even know how to do this simple task.

If you know please give me instructions on how to do it...

And also the reason why I want to do this is because I want to print those two pages in one paper... is this possible? Do you understand what I mean? If not please say and I will tell you again in additional details...

My toshiba laptop is networked to my desktop. The desktop has a HP printer and I go to printers on the desktop, select the HP, and click "share this printer." When I got back to my toshiba I click "add printer" but it can never find it. The desktop has XP and the Toshiba has XP Media Center. When I try to type in the name that I assigned to the printer it says I typed it in wrong or it lost its connection. Please help?

I just got a new desktop, it comes ready with a wireless LAN installed inside. My laptop, though, doesn't have any wireless connection available. How can I network both computers? It doesn't have to be wireless, so long as I have them connected.

Looking for future alternative for backup of a good size home network. Been using a old tape backup - Good but its slow & old & wont grow with my setup.

Im not ruling out raid, but will likely still want some form of formal 'storage backup' whether raid is involved or not.

I just bought a new laptop today. It came with microsoft windows xp already installed. I have looked for worg processing components on it and have only been able to find "wordpad." This is fine for my use as a student, but I cannot find a spellchecker, dictionary ect. . . Does my version not come with microsoft word? If not is there a way I can spell check etc. . my documents in wordpad? Or do I nee to nuy some other type of software? Thank you.

I have Verizon DSL with 768K connection speed. Last night, I purchased some music for download, and as one of the albums was downloading, I received an incoming call that stopped it. I had to cancel the download and restart it to get my music. I thought the whole idea of DSL was that you could be on the phone and Internet at the same time?

Yes, I have filters properly installed on all my phone line-using equipment, but I also still have my dial-up line (filtered) connected to my computer. Could this have something to do with it?
