Hi I am trying to open to pages in one window in Microsoft Word like 2 pages next to each other horizontally. I tried but it always opens vertically! I know this is probably so easy, but I am a comp dummie and I don't even know how to do this simple task.

If you know please give me instructions on how to do it...

And also the reason why I want to do this is because I want to print those two pages in one paper... is this possible? Do you understand what I mean? If not please say and I will tell you again in additional details...

Many thanks!

Only way I know is to create two columns, then copy each page into those columns.
Not sure copy and paste will do that. It may have to be typed in.

I don't know any way to print two pages side by side.

All you have to do is to start with the two windows opened. Make sure both are not maximized. Then adjust the windows using the corners so that both of the windows fill one half of your screen. Then put one on the top of the other.

Open one of the docs, format it to 2 columns, then copy and paste the other doc in.

I think what you want is 'columns' select two columns and then paste your text with a 'column break' between the two columns.
