how can I change my city to tempe AZ from Portland OR when I sign it to yahoo?

You can make all kinds of changes about your info in your Account Settings. I usually go into my account settings through my Y email account.

Go into the part that says change my info. and change your info. This is best found on the MY Yahoo page.
