Are you already getting e-mail or do you need it to set up an account. If you are already getting your e-mail and are using Outlook then do this: go to Tools and then click "e-mail accounts". It will then pop up a wizard and you need to check "view or change existing accounts". On the next page you will need to select change and up your information will come. If you are using outlook express or some other system it will be a little different but should be fairly close.

If you are looking to set up that information for the first time, you will need to contact your ISP. Most ISP's have that information under their FAQ areas.

If you are using a free e-mail account with Yahoo then you can only view your mail through the web browswer. In order to "pop" your mail you will need to upgrade to a different account.
