I want to save a power point presentation on a disc, but whenever I do it becomes a read only file so I can't chage it and save the changes. Before i save it the attribute is archive but after i save it it becomes read only.

I m making a websitesite with frontpage. everything works fine but when i make a photo gallery using the templete i cannot save the page it says the following: To save this page and this photo galleryopen a frontpage based website and save the webpage to that site.

Someone who used to live in house I am landlord of had email address with questionable content. He is not around anymore. I know his info, password etc., and we want to get rid of this account or if there are other answers if you understand my problem, I just dont want younger people stumbling into places they shouldnt be because of one persons indescetion. I got pmmon yesterday despite having avg and prevx installed. I have downloaded counterspy which claimed to be able to deal whith this bug. It got rid of the bug itself but I am still getting a flashing ? in my systray which just takes my to a webpage if I click it and it keeps on warning me crytical system error! how do I get rid of this?

I've been looking to get a new comp for a while and have been thinking a dell or HP. but recently a co-worker had convinced me to consider an Apple machine for the first time - ever. i would like a good machine for school work and other tasks and know that Apple really hasn't been one for their office programs. I do know they have beat the hell out of IBM machines in the media department. What are your opinions.

Also, is it true that microsoft is is or has filed for bankruptcy? my co-worker said Mac is comming out with a new office program to finally battle Microsoft.

I must have received some sort of spyware or something because when I go online I have about 15-20 popups per page, and I have had up to 78. I downloaded Mozilla to try to stop this but all of the pop ups still come up but through Explorer. My thought is get rid of explorer and get rid of the pop ups. I tried to just delete it but it will not delete, must be write protected or something. How can I uninstall or keep explorer from working and bring up these pop ups. First one with an answer that works gets 10 points!!!!

I don't want other people using my wireless connection. I notice there are several other Wireless Networks in my area but they are all "security enabled" and require a Network Key to access. How can I configure mine so that a user needs to use a network key? I seem to have gone into all the options I can find for Advanced settings, Firewalls etc. I've even changed the encoding to WEP and entered a Network Key but my connection resets itself back to Encoding: "disabled" and I am still on an Unsecured Network with "Open access". (I'm on Windows XP) Thanks for any help you can offer.
