I have removed this plenty of times off of peoples computers. I'm a tech guy so I know what your talking about. Most programs out there will not actually find the ".dll" file in the System32 folder that runs that icon down there. The reason for this is because the .dll changes all the time so its hard for Spyware and Anti-Virus programs to pick it up.

If you go to C:\windows\system32, then sort the list by date so that all the newest files are at the top, you should see the .dll somewhere up there. You may have to do some google searches on the last 10 .dll files if you can't pin point right away which one it is. After you have done the searching and found out which one is related to spyware, you would then use a tool called "Killbox" that you can download for free to kill that .dll file and get rid of it.

Hopefully this will help you out a little bit, if you have any other questions about it, feel free to email me at leaguepass@yahoo.com

Try this:
Download RegSupreme 1.4 (Free Version) from http://www.macecraft.com, click on Registry Cleaner and do a Normal scan. Counterspy's a great product, but the remaining entries of the bug may still be stored in your Registry.

if this bug keeps coming up after using an anti spy ware programme, then it must be writing its self to memory, cant think of a prog that will defiantly get rid of it but, adware 6 or spybot with updated definitions might
