Does anyone know how to figure out the total items (files) of one folder which contains several subfolders? (Mac question)

Right click folder and choose Get info.

Gives you details of total size you can then go to each sub folder and do the same.

Or open in finder highlight folder and it tell you total files and size on status bar...do same for each subfolder.

Applescript to the rescue! Check it out! The only thing is that if it's an application, it will count all of the files and folders within that application.
