Hi all
I just bought a nexstar 3.5" external casing with maxtor 160GB harddisk. i have connected it to my computer and it managed to detect its present. it auto install the hardware without any problems but after the installation , it did not show up any drive at " my computer" even after restarting. May i know how to make it show up at "my computer" as i need to transfer some files in. Thank you very much. i connect it using USB 2.0

I make flyers and brochures for my company, and I have a pc. I currently use Microsoft Publisher, which is very limited. I'm not a graphic designer by trade, but with a small company, you sometimes wear many hats. I believe I can do much better work with another program that actually allows me to edit graphics and has more backgrounds, etc. Also, I want to stay in the few hundred dollars range. HELP! Also, does anybody know a website where I can get free, good graphic design tips? Thanks!

I am in need of getting a scanner with OCR to scan menus from restaurants. It will be used much of the day so it needs to be good quality. Restaurant menus have a wide variety of font, so the program would need to recognize large menus with creative font. Thanks.

I received 'up date" from "MSN". The mSN have not rec. such as updates. They told me to submit the error report to Yahoo, Inc. The error was likely caused by : "yAssist Module" Can you fix this?

I've read on the website, www.att.com that if the OS is not listed, the servise is not available for that OS. The servise list that MAC OSX 10.1-10.3 is supported. Ive heard from people that it doesnt matter, MAC OS X 10.4.7 is supported.

The responceses used Windows based programs. The sense of my question was to get the BIOS to recognize and boot an ISO file before loading windows or other OS. In essence what hooks does the BIOS need to run and load the ISO file.

Don't you just want to stab people who copy and paste HUGE pages of answers when you ask a question. I say if you don't know the subject you're answering on, don't answer it at all.
If you have to research the question, don't even bother. People come in here and paste a big page because they had to google the question and they're either giving useless information or way too much information. It usually only takes a small paragraph at most to thoroughly answer someone's question.
