RAM is never used up, but almost used up to its maximum. A higher RAM allows you to run more programs without "lagging" much. If your computer runs slower and hangs frequently, try closing all programs and restart your computer. Restarting the computer clears up all the RAM and reused again.
It's the same like resting. When you are working too hard or you are overloaded, try resting with your eyes close while listening to pleasant music. This is like clearing your RAM. After that, continue and do your work. Your RAM is reused again.

Your computer makes use of two forms of "actual" memory. Random get entry to memory (RAM) and study purely memory (ROM). RAM is a risky memory utilized by making use of the computer at the same time as this is working utility as a momentary storage - subsequently the better the fee of RAM, the speedier the utility will run because of the fact the RAM is shared by making use of the countless procedures working at any given time, inc the OS. as this is a risky memory, its contents are lost whilst the computer is became off - constantly shop artwork periodically to disc in case of ability cuts, and so on. ROM besides the fact that is non risky and keeps its contents even whilst ability is bumped off. The contents of this, besides the fact that, won't have the ability to be altered or written to by making use of you, the consumer. This contains issues like the BIOS training and device specific training. there is likewise digital memory - this is a factor of your stressful force which the computer / OS makes use of as one greater whilst greater memory is needed by making use of the utility working.

RAM is memory that is used while computer is runing. When you shut it off, all the contents dissappear. So it gets used while the copmuer is running. Now to completely use it up would mean that you are running alot of program and then it cold get filled with all the programs that need to run. I am not sure if its possible to use up 100% of it or not, but you can get close.

You need to be more specific.
Used up by what?
(and you don't need to say RAM memory, as RAM stands for Random Access Memory, so the memory is already included)
