pull up a web browser...go to tools, internet options, and look where it says "delete cookies"...you should also have a button that says "settings" click on that and scroll through the list till you find what you're looking for. Delete them all or one at a time if you feel l ike it. I presume you are using IE 6.

Hope this helps.

If you want to get rid of internet files the easy way. Just go to Tools, Internet Options, click the Advanced Tab, 3/4 of the way down the list Check the box that says 'Empty Temporary Internet Files When Browser Is Closed.' Be sure to apply the changes.

I use CCleaner for this.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less that a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware! :)
